Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully wrap each ceramic or glass item in its original protective padding to prevent breakage during the return transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned tableware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
