Are your ceramic products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, most of our stoneware and porcelain collections are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing items with gold or metallic rims to preserve their luster.
How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, high-density shock-absorbent packaging and double-walled boxes to ensure your tableware arrives in perfect condition. If an item does arrive damaged, we offer free replacements.
Do you offer international shipping for your tableware?
Currently, Orange Market Tableware ships to over 20 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used for food service.
Can I purchase individual pieces or only full sets?
While we specialize in curated sets, many of our signature collections allow for 'open stock' purchases, enabling you to replace a single plate or customize your own unique set.
Are your glazes lead-free and food-safe?
Absolutely. All Orange Market Tableware products are certified lead-free, cadmium-free, and exceed all international food safety standards for ceramic glazes.
